CAF77: CCS - CIB 13995 Pasteur Blvd , Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33418 USAThis role reports to the Director, Compensation Governance and is responsible for providing expertise in Workday global compensation. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of compensation and Workday experience. This is a business focused, management facing role, and requires strong customer service, business judgment, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Manage the compensation-related design and configuration in the maintenance of Workday Core HR, Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation in order to facilitate Workday compensation strategy.
  • Responsible for design and implementation of Workday compensation, including salary bases, market data, salary structures, merit, and global incentives.
  • Drive the execution and continuous improvement of compensation processes, develop and document governance model and implement solutions to advance efficiency and effectiveness of self-service delivery via HR portal.
  • Lead the implementation of large and complex compensation initiatives and configurations in Workday, including compensation management tools, salary bases, market data, and salary structures.
  • Work with global people services to ensure compliance in hiring and compensation transactions and ensure data compliance for compensation data and plans in Workday.
  • Leads and participates in complex global compensation projects and partners in cross-functional HR projects.

Job requirements:
  • BS in Business Administration, HR, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 5-7 years of Workday and compensation experience required
  • Experience with design and implementation of Workday Core HR, Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation required
  • Workday certification in HCM and Compensation strongly preferred CCP, GRP, SPHR, GPHR or other HR professional certification preferred
  • Excels at building relationships and big-picture thinking, strong problem solving and strategic communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interface across all levels of the organization including executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
